The latest announced WARDOGS beta cutoff is Sunday, September 6, 2026 at 08:00 UTC. BULKHEAD's September 5 announcement opened the test until that time. It does not announce another beta after this window. [open-beta]

Confirmed testing milestones

DateWhat the official announcement establishes
August 21–23The previous Closed Beta weekend
August 24BULKHEAD confirmed that weekend had ended
September 1Beta 02 announced as a staged scale test after The FPS Games Show
September 3, 18:00 UTCScheduled beta start shown on the Steam store
September 5The closed test changed to an open beta
September 6, 08:00 UTCScheduled end of the open window

The August dates come from the pre-order announcement and subsequent recap. September's start is the published schedule, not a measurement of when servers became reachable. The test is on Steam for Windows PC. Its initial closed-access rules were later changed by the open-beta announcement. [preorder][beta-recap][steam-store][beta-two][open-beta]

What about September 10?

September 10 is the announced Steam Early Access release date. It is a different event from a temporary beta weekend. The release-date page covers that milestone and the absence of a confirmed finished-release date. [preorder]

For another test, use a newly dated announcement from BULKHEAD or the Steam news feed. Do not infer a repeating weekend schedule from the previous sessions. The cited announcements do not confirm a new post-September-6 beta or region-specific replacement sessions.

The current access route is the Steam Playtest entry. See how to check beta access for the account and client checks; an old invitation or installed client does not extend the published window. [beta-two]
